Ingredients
Dumplings
3 cups Spelt Flour
2 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
3/4 cup Spring Water
2 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt
Vegetables
4 cups Spinach
1/4 onion
2 garlic gloves
1 red pepper
8 cherry tomatoes; cut in halves
1 avocado
1 plantain
1 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
Spelt Dumplings
To begin preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Next add the dry ingredients for the spelt dumplings together in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Then, slowly add spring water and grapeseed oil until a dough ball can be formed.
Drizzle some grapeseed oil over your hands to stop the dough from sticking to your hands. Place the dough on a clean floured surface and knead by stretching it between both hands continuously, you will need to do this for about 10 minutes until the dough is very springy and stretchy. Add more spring water if too dry and more flour if too wet.
Separate the dough into 16/20 equal parts.
Roll out each part into thin circles or oval shapes in your hands.
Next in a baking dish drizzle some grapeseed oil and place the dumplings side by side.
Cook dumplings for 25-30 minutes then place in your airfryer for 6-8 minutes.
Spinach Mix
In a skillet place onion , garlic , red peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
Add in your seasonings and stir it all together.
Then add in your spinach, add in the rest of salt to taste.
