Sea Moss

This is a must have in every house hold. Sea moss contains 92 of 102 minerals and more.

Ingredients

  • Chondrus Crispus
  • Spring water
  • Key limes

Directions

  1. To begin, clean sea moss thoroughly with spring water.
  2. Once you have cleaned your sea moss, place it in a large bowl and let it soak in spring water for 10-48 hours. You can squeeze in some key lime juice to counter the salty sea moss taste.
  3. Next, pour off the water that the sea moss was soaked in (it is rich in minerals so you can use it to water your plants etc.) and add the sea moss to a high-speed blender or food processor along with fresh spring water. Use 1 cup of water to start and add more depending on the consistency you would like your gel.
  4. Blend for about 1-3 minutes or until smooth. Transfer the sea moss into an airtight glass jar, and refrigerate. Let it thicken in the fridge for a few hours before consuming it.
