Fresh Garden Salad

There's nothing better than a fresh salad to add to all your meals

Ingredients

  • Lettuce or any greens of your choice (except iceberg lettuce)
  • Cherry or plum tomatoes
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Any other fresh veggies of your choice
  • Avocado (add when eating )

Directions

  1. Soak and wash all your vegetables with vinegar , lemon and/or salt.
  2. Rinse off the vegetables and pat dry.
  3. Cut and chopped all vegetables into pieces.
  4. Serve and enjoy with a meal or alone.
