Fresh Garden Salad
There's nothing better than a fresh salad to add to all your meals
Ingredients
Lettuce or any greens of your choice (except iceberg lettuce)
Cherry or plum tomatoes
1 Red pepper
1 Cucumber
Any other fresh veggies of your choice
Avocado (add when eating )
Directions
Soak and wash all your vegetables with vinegar , lemon and/or salt.
Rinse off the vegetables and pat dry.
Cut and chopped all vegetables into pieces.
Serve and enjoy with a meal or alone.
