Chickpea Hummus

Not only does this Chickpea Hummus taste great, But its also easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas, cooked
  • 1/3 cup grapeseed oil (if heating) or olive oil (if not heating)
  • 1/3 cup spring water
  • squeeze of a key lime
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with coriander and cayenne pepper. Enjoy your hummus !
