Chickpea Hummus
Not only does this Chickpea Hummus taste great, But its also easy to prepare.
Ingredients
2 cups chickpeas, cooked
1/3 cup grapeseed oil (if heating) or olive oil (if not heating)
1/3 cup spring water
squeeze of a key lime
1 spring onion
2 tbsp tahini
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ginger powder
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with coriander and cayenne pepper. Enjoy your hummus !
