Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

This delicious blueberry smoothie bowl will have you feeling happy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 honeycrisp apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup water

Toppings

  • Mango cubed
  • Apples cubbed
  • Blueberries
  • Shredded coconut

Directions

  1. To begin, add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 60-90 seconds or until the mixture has reached a smooth consistency. Add a 1-2 tablespoons spring water if the mixture is too thick.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and serve with shredded coconut, and fruits of your choice.
